Bring a sense of timeless elegance to your table with this set of nine vintage red wine glasses by Seneca Crystal Glass, a company revered for its exceptional craftsmanship and elite clientele. Founded in 1891 by German glassworkers in Fostoria, Ohio, Seneca Glass became a symbol of refinement—its hand-blown, hand-cut lead crystal gracing the homes of Eleanor Roosevelt, Lyndon B. Johnson, and even U.S. embassies abroad.

These glasses showcase a beautifully etched floral motif, a hallmark of the elaborate artistry Seneca was known for. Their versatility makes them perfect not only for red wine, but also for white, rosé, or your favorite evening cocktail.

Each glass is signed with the etched Seneca maker’s mark on the base, a subtle but distinctive detail that reflects the authenticity and heritage of this celebrated glasshouse.

Crafted likely between the 1940s–1960s, this pattern reflects the height of Seneca’s expansion, when the company embraced both clear and colored lead crystal with exquisite hand detailing. Each piece required hours of skilled labor—no two exactly alike, yet all sharing a luminous clarity that speaks to their origin in one of America’s premier crystal houses.

Dimensions:
Each glass measures approximately 6.25" tall x 3" wide

Condition:
These glasses are in wonderful vintage condition, with no chips or cracks. The crystal is exceptionally clear, catching the light with remarkable brilliance. A few minor surface scratches appear under close inspection—typical for their age and only enhancing their authenticity and charm.

Styling Tip:
Pair them with a crisp linen tablecloth and vintage silver for a layered, collected look—or let them shine solo on a modern bar cart. They’re made to be admired and enjoyed.
